The University of Piraeus and the Piraeus Bank have jointly created the first MBA specializing in Sustainable Development, the MBA in Sustainability powered by Piraeus.
The new postgraduate program offered by the Department of Business Administration at the University of Piraeus will start in the academic year 2024-2025. The program is tuition- free and aims to provide students with a comprehensive and modern education in business administration focusing on sustainable development.
The courses are taught in person at the new, modern facilities of the University of Piraeus in the Themistocleio Campus, ensuring high-quality educational conditions. The program lasts for three semesters. During this time, students are required to attend and pass 15 postgraduate courses, engage in research activities, and write scientific papers.
The objective of the MBA in Sustainability is to develop well-trained professionals capable of addressing society’s needs and the challenges of the modern business environment, both domestically and internationally.
By integrating economic, managerial, and technical expertise, the program aims to prepare future business leaders to effectively navigate the demands of the business world while tackling global sustainability issues.

Summer school is held outside of Athens by professors from international universities, focusing on specialized topics in business management.
